Tech Rider

What we bring

• —Our own professional PA system suitable for small to medium venues
• —Stage lighting
• —All instruments (acoustic guitars, electric bass, harmonica)
• —Background music for between sets
• —Derek Bones — our skeleton drummer (always part of the show)

What we need from the venue

• —A reasonably level performance area (approx. 3m × 2m minimum)
• —Two power outlets (13A) within 5m of stage
• —Access for load-in close to stage where possible
• —House sound engineer not required — we self-mix

Inputs (for reference)

• —2× electro-acoustic guitar (DI)
• —1× electric bass (DI)
• —1× lead vocal (SM58 or equivalent on stand)
• —1× backing vocal (SM58 or equivalent on stand)
• —1× harmonica (SM58 or dedicated harmonica mic)

Derek Bones

• —One full-size skeleton — he travels with us, no action required
• —A bit of stage real-estate at front-of-stage would be appreciated
• —He's loyal, uncomplaining and never asks for a solo

Schedule

• —Load in: 1 to 1.5 hours before doors
• —Soundcheck: 45 minutes before doors
• —Set length: 2 × 45 or 2 × 60 minutes (discuss in advance)
• —Exact stage time confirmed 1 week before the show

Hospitality

• —Soft drinks: water, soft drinks or juice
• —Hot food or a meal voucher per band member, where possible
• —A green room / changing area if available
• —Note: Derek doesn't eat, but appreciates the thought
